Nice bike. It didn't come as fast as advertised (advertised as 3 days) but they responded quickly when I contacted them and asked about it and I appreciate that. The bike is a little louder than other E-Bikes I purchased my son and I like it. Nothing on the bike seems cheap, it's built high quality.

We experienced some hiccups in receiving the custom color my son chose for his new RTR Sport that we ordered. First, it goes without saying that he absolutely loves his new bike. Second, although we had some issues obtaining the custom-colored plastic, the owner, Kyle, was excellent to work with. He kept us informed throughout the process and was approachable and accommodating. The stellar customer service alone makes purchasing from them worthwhile, but additionally, they provided a military discount. I believe you cannot go wrong with this company or Kyle.

They were good for abt a month than the lttle black thing on the bottom the threads got stripped for 130 should of been a little better but the person that runs the company an i talked to was rly cool and hooked it up with extra stickers so not really disappointed but if i can pay for a replacement thatd even better but they aren’t to bad of quality tbh
