🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Larger items such as electric bikes may require additional processing time.

RTR / Rizzler & Drift Cart Shipping:

RTR, Rizzler and Drift Carts ship on around Thursday of every week. You will receive a thank you email once you make your purchase. The following Thursday you will receive an email with tracking information. From there UPS is dispatched to the warehouse to pick up that week's orders. It may take UPS a couple days to scan your bike into their system, so expect some down time there. Once UPS scans your bike into their system you can follow the tracking all the way to your home!

Hey! I ordered a blue RTR, why did I receive a white one? 

All RTRs are shipped in factory white body kits with factory decals. The body kit you choose will ship separately. This is also mentioned in the product description. Please allow additional time for black and grey body kits. 

Do you offer free shipping?

Unfortunately no, but we keep our shipping costs as close to actual in order to keep costs low for the customer. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information is emailed as soon as your order starts the shipping process. In some cases your order may have a tracking number assigned but no movement on the product. Thats totally normal. As soon as the shipping company takes possession of your item the shipping info will update.

Do you sell OEM or aftermarket parts?

We offer both OEM replacement parts and premium aftermarket performance upgrades.

Range depends on battery size, rider weight, terrain, speed, and riding style.
