Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on thewattsshop.com, operated by Voltron Watts LLC (“The Watts Shop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, or incomplete information. If your order is canceled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
• Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours, as long as they have not shipped.
• Once an order has shipped, it is considered final sale and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

• In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
• A signature is required for all electric bike and battery deliveries.
• You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Returns

• Parts may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging and uninstalled condition.
• Returns are inspected before a refund is issued, and a restocking fee may apply.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

• Electric bikes
• Batteries (unless covered by an approved warranty claim)
• Gift cards

If a bike arrives with significant shipping damage, please take clear photos and contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds cover the purchase price plus tax, excluding outbound shipping costs, payment processing fees and any restocking fees. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the refund is submitted.

Warranty

Warranty coverage is provided according to the manufacturer’s policies. All warranty claims must be approved before any return or replacement.

Use of Products

Electric bikes and related parts can be dangerous if used improperly. You are responsible for using our products safely, wearing appropriate protective gear, and following all local laws and regulations that apply to their use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Watts Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
